1. Delete It in the App
Open the Blipix app, go to the Account tab, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
2. Ask Us to Delete It
No app, or can't sign in? Send this form with the email address of your Blipix account. You don't need to install anything. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email, and we may ask you to confirm the request from that address.
3. If You Have a Paid Plan
A plan has to be cancelled before the account is deleted, so you are not billed again. Cancel it under Billing in your account on the Blipix website. If you can't sign in, say so in the form above and we will cancel it for you.
4. What Is Deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your videos, scripts and series
- Your connected TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts, and our access to them
Posts already published on your channels stay up: remove those from each platform. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
